It’s smoother to have the contact us page (with relevant information). It reduces friction for communication with your audience
What to include -
1) Mobile/telephone number (for individual product teams, if possible)
2) Email address
3) Postal address
4) Contact us form with a feature to set the desired date and time for the call
Greet them with a welcome message and also convey the fact that you are ready to help
Assure them that the contact info they give will not be used to spam them by the sales department unless they wish to.
It is quite logical to say that they are into you at this stage. But be on the safer side and ask only relevant questions and contact info on the Contact us form.
